1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a pickup or using any BubblyOnTop service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
BubblyOnTop provides laundry services including Wash & Dry Fold and Ironing. We pick up, process, and return your items as described at the time of booking. Service availability may vary by location.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time at no charge. Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup may incur a small cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule pickups due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the customer.
4. Care of Items
We handle all garments and linens with care. However, BubblyOnTop is not responsible for pre-existing damage, items with no care labels, or damage resulting from following manufacturer care instructions. We recommend not sending irreplaceable or extremely high-value items.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change. Payment is collected after service completion. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are inclusive of pickup and delivery unless otherwise stated.
6. Lost or Missing Items
If an item is lost during our care, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and, where liability is confirmed, offer compensation up to a reasonable replacement value. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
